Security Escort (Military) Convoy for Solo Travel in Madagascar
Convoys involve a vehicle to 2 vehicles and a complement of armed soldiers who scan roads and destination for bandits or crime threats and kidnapping. Driving to Dauphin and some of the remote northeast from Tana, for example, with valuable cargo often warrants or else insurance may mandate such a convoy.
Prices range and need to be confirmed by us ahead of time, but for reference they range from $300 to $1000 per day for the convoy.

Our fantastic tour guide in Andasibe Natl Park, DIZZI (I hope I spelled it correctly) was able to show us numerous unique flowers, plants, insets and Lemurs when we were there. I will highly recommended your company. When we get back to Los Angeles, I'll write a review in TripAdvisor. The only problem was the hotel's wifi that was so poor to almost nonexistent but perhaps, that's everywhere in Andasibe. Thank you.”
